Off road parking is available at the front of the house and there is a low ornamental wrought iron gate which swings open and closed. This leads to a slight slope to the front door. There is a shallow step that leads into the hallway (a portable ramp can be put down to aid wheelchair access). There is a twin disabled friendly suite on the ground floor with wide door and low level light switches, bed height 70cm, this has a disabled friendly en-suite off the bedroom. The Beach view suite is on the first floor.
